Jumping into fitness and healthy eating habits isn’t a fad. It’s a choice. Lifetsyle is a big trend. It’s popluar. Health habits have always been a principle of discipline. It’s the consistent daily effort towards a goal that create results. And then it becomes apart of the inner self and manfests everywhere we go.

I used to be an athlete.

And stopped for a time.

What now?

My heartstrings always brings back to taking care of body+mind+soul. Exercising+Eating Habits, Mindset+Uplifting Content+People, Meditation+Soulfulness. Daily improvement. Recently my mindset has changed from hit these goals. Go full spead. To abundance: growth over goals. That daily progress is the way to realy lasting changes. Consistency.

Now, 34 weeks pregnant. And after the birth of our daughter 20 months ago my goal was to do a bikini body building competition. Well that’s still the plan. It totally scares me. Never done anything like that before. Mostly its a challenge to prove to myself the time and dedication to take care of my body, stay positive, rest/meditate and show that discipline is an act of self-care ans self-love.

Often we only see the results of a body building competition. The purpose of this blog is to document the behind the scenes. In addition to document our families love for living an active life. Maybe some Spartan Races or Triatholons or BJJ. We will keep track of it here and share the hacks, challenges, diets and lessons learned right here.
